LSZ CONFIGURATION · REUSABLE ASSOCIATION SYSTEM

Protect the professional
before the visible failure.

Deregistration, complaints and withdrawal are lagging signals. This demonstrator shows how an association can detect the preceding strain, create a trusted route to support and govern the system without seeing who disclosed.

01Make strain legiblebefore it becomes impairment
02Separate care from regulationso disclosure becomes credible
03Route, then governwithout exposing the member

THE FAILURE PROGRESSION

The association sees the final event.
The system must see what came before.

Mental health is not presented as the sole cause of professional drift. It is treated as a cross-cutting capacity risk that can intensify financial, ethical, operational and personal pressure.

01

Pressure

Trial surges, client demands, financial strain and life events.

02

Erosion

Reduced recovery, shortened time horizon, decision fatigue and isolation.

03

Withdrawal

Silence, avoidance, delayed help-seeking and disengagement from peers.

04

Visible failure

Complaint, impairment, practice exit or deregistration.

The intervention point is not the red box. It is every point before it.

SHOW 01 · CONFIDENTIAL PULSE

Make hidden strain legible in under five minutes.

This meeting prototype samples the full 8×6 architecture: eight dimensions of wellness viewed through six foundational behaviours. It is a reflective gateway, not a clinical diagnostic.

Your answers stay in this browser.

No response is sent to the association, Pamumvuri or any provider. Refresh or reset to erase the session.

8 dimensions × 6 behaviours

The complete instrument creates a personal map. This concise demonstration uses 16 representative prompts.

  • Private by design
  • Strengths as well as strain
  • Routes action, not labels

SHOW 02 · ANTICIPATORY RESILIENCE

Map the crossings before members reach them.

Red Sea Moments are periods when identity, judgement and support are tested together. Select a moment to see the pressure, preventive response and escalation route.

SHOW 03 · ONE MEMBER JOURNEY

One system. Four deliberately different views.

A mid-career lawyer receives a complaint while under financial pressure, stops sleeping properly and withdraws. The lawyer does not approach the Society because the Society is also the regulator.

SHOW 04 · TRUSTED FRONT DOOR

Route need without turning every strain into a clinical case.

Try the pathway. It demonstrates the operating logic and collects nothing.

1. What is creating the greatest pressure?
2. How urgent does support feel?
↗

Your route will appear here.

The production pathway would show service availability, consent terms and safe escalation information before referral.

SHOW 05 · AGGREGATE GOVERNANCE

See where the system is under pressure.
Never see who disclosed.

All figures below are synthetic demonstration data. They illustrate the governance dashboard that a 90-day pilot would configure.

LSZ can see: pressure patterns, pathway speed, capacity and outcomes. LSZ can never see: names, personal answers, clinical notes or an individual’s chosen provider.

SHOW 06 · PROTECT THE PSYCHOLOGIST

One psychologist cannot carry an ecosystem.

The partnership does not add more activity around the LSZ psychologist. It protects clinical capacity by separating what only a clinician should do from what a wider, governed network can carry.

SHOW 07 · SUPPORT WHERE LIFE ALREADY HAPPENS

Stack mental wealth onto existing professional rhythms.

A helpline alone remains distant. Repeated, low-stigma contact makes support visible before it is urgent.

ONE CONNECTED SYSTEM

The initiatives are modules. The outcome is infrastructure.

The day-30 evidence pack

  • Member baseline and legal-practice hot-button map
  • Validated resilience-moment calendar
  • Confidentiality, consent and escalation protocol
  • Supply and psychologist-capacity map
  • Configured 90-day pilot and fixed commercial schedule
  • Dashboard specification and measurement dictionary

THE DECISION

Authorise the first movement.

Approve a 30-day mobilisation to establish the baseline, confidentiality firewall, profession-specific risk map and 90-day pilot design. The full MOU proceeds in parallel.

  1. 1Name an executive sponsor and psychologist liaison.
  2. 2Approve rapid review of the Interim Mobilisation Protocol.
  3. 3Select the first cohort, branch or member event.
  4. 4Issue a joint communication establishing independence and confidentiality.
Important demonstration and governance boundaries

This prototype provides education and demonstrates proposed workflow logic. It does not provide diagnosis, therapy, emergency response, legal advice or a final data-processing design.

A production deployment requires jurisdiction-appropriate legal, clinical, safeguarding, information-security and data-protection review. Safety and lawful-disclosure exceptions must be stated before participation. Minimum reporting cell sizes and re-identification protections must be agreed with the association.

International legal-profession evidence is a benchmark only. A Zimbabwe-specific baseline must be established before any prevalence, causal or return-on-investment claims are made.
